SeaChange to Introduce New Format for Quarterly Results

ACTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- SeaChange International, Inc. (NASDAQ: SEAC) will employ a new format for announcing its quarterly financial results, beginning with its first quarter fiscal year 2010 results on Thursday, June 4. The Company will post its quarterly results press release and prepared remarks to its website at http://www.schange.com/IR shortly after 4 p.m. E.T., and commence its conference call at 5 p.m. ET to discuss the results.

The prepared remarks will not be read on the conference call. The conference call will include only brief remarks followed by questions and answers.
