In fiscal 2017, we acquired 100% of the outstanding shares of DCC Labs in exchange for an aggregate of $2.7 million in newly issued shares of our common stock and $5.2 million in cash, net of cash acquired, resulting in a total net purchase price of $7.9 million. DCC Labs is a developer of set-top and multiscreen device software.

On February 6, 2019, we acquired 100% of the outstanding shares of Xstream A/S in exchange for an aggregate of $0.9 million in shares of our common stock and $4.6 million in cash, resulting in a total purchase price of $5.5 million.  Xstream is an OTT video and TV cloud platform provider that serves more than five million active subscribers globally (see Note 15).
