Severance and Restructuring Costs |
During the three and six months ended July 31, 2020, we incurred severance and restructuring costs of $0.5 million and $1 million, respectively, primarily for employee-related termination benefits driven by the COVID-19 pandemic and the transfer of our technical support operations to our Poland location. In fiscal 2020, we continued to streamline our operations and closed our service organizations in Ireland and the Netherlands. The following table shows the change in accrued restructuring balances since January 31, 2020 primarily related to our fiscal 2020 restructuring efforts, reported as a component of accrued expenses on the consolidated balance sheets:
