10. Accumulated Other Comprehensive Loss Accumulated other comprehensive loss consisted of the following:
Unrealized holding gains (losses) on securities available for sale are not material for the periods presented. Comprehensive loss consists of net loss and other comprehensive loss, which includes foreign currency translation adjustments and changes in unrealized gains and losses on marketable securities. For purposes of comprehensive loss disclosures, we do not record tax expense or benefits for the net changes in the foreign currency translation adjustments, as we intend to permanently reinvest all undistributed earnings of our foreign subsidiaries. |
